We’re a small family-run business, and every order is made with care, one piece at a time. Our wall art isn’t mass-produced — it’s built to order, handcrafted, and shipped fast, which is why we have a strict but fair cancellation policy.


🕒 2-Hour Cancellation Window

We allow cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order.

To cancel, just email us at orders@sensefordecor.com with your order number.
After 2 hours, your order will already be in production and can no longer be changed, canceled, or refunded.


🖼️ Handcrafted Art – Made Just for You

Every piece we ship is hand-built by our team from scratch:

  • The frame is carefully cut, assembled, and stretched by hand.

  • Your chosen artwork is printed using high-quality inks on premium canvas.

  • It’s then inspected, packaged, and labeled for shipping — often the same day the order is placed or by the next morning.

We do not hold inventory. Each piece is custom-made, one at a time, just for you.


🚚 Why We Cannot Cancel After 2 Hours

As soon as your order comes in:

  • It enters our production queue within minutes.

  • We begin printing and framing your artwork right away.

  • We also pre-purchase your UPS or USPS shipping label to ensure fast delivery.

This means materials are committed, labor begins, and your package is already in motion — making it impossible for us to cancel or refund the order after this stage.


💬 Need to Fix Something? Reach Out ASAP

If you noticed a mistake (wrong size, wrong shipping address, etc.), please contact us right away. If it’s within the 2-hour window, we’ll do everything we can to help.

Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
