Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from SenseForDecor.com, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Returns & Exchanges – Within 30 Days

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior approval.
Please contact us first at orders@SenseForDecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, our team will send detailed instructions for returning your item.

🎨 Hand-Painted Original Commissions – Final Sale

A Hand Painted Textured Original is a commissioned artwork, not a stocked product. When you order one we engage an artist who paints your piece from scratch in oil on linen. It is made only for you and yours is the only one that will ever exist.

For that reason, a hand-painted commission is a final sale. Once the commission has begun it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Instead, we work with you until it is right. Before your painting ships we send you a photograph of the finished piece. If it is not what you hoped for, tell us and the artist will revise it — up to 5 revisions, at no extra cost — until you are happy with it.

This applies only to the hand-painted commission. Standard canvases and Hand Embellished prints are not affected and remain covered by the 30-day return policy below.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All tags or labels must be intact.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear. If you don’t see your refund within 30 days, email us at orders@SenseForDecor.com.

❌ Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase and before printing or shipping begins.
• If production has already started, we cannot cancel the order. Please wait to receive your item, then request a return.
