We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition with tags attached.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items in different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personalized products, intimate items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

Hand Painted Textured Original commissions are final sale. These are custom artworks painted from scratch in oil on linen by an artist we engage specifically for your order, so they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once the commission has begun.

Instead, we send you a photograph of the finished painting before it ships, and the artist will revise it — up to 5 revisions, at no extra cost — until you are happy with it.

This applies only to the hand-painted commission. Standard canvases and Hand Embellished prints are not affected and remain returnable within 30 days.
