If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
We say that because it is what our own customers tell us. In hundreds of reviews, people occasionally wish they had gone bigger — almost nobody wishes they had gone smaller.
The simple rule: your art should be about two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it. Above a standard sofa, that is usually 48 to 60 inches wide.
Our Size Guide has a diagram showing each size to scale against a real sofa, plus every measurement in inches and centimetres. And if you would rather just ask us, call and we will help you choose.
Very close, and we photograph every piece in natural light so what you see is what arrives.
One honest note: every screen renders colour a little differently, and warm neutrals in particular can look cooler or greyer on one display than another. If you are matching a specific wall or a particular white, that is worth knowing before you order.
If you would like us to describe the exact tones in a piece before you decide, call or email us and we will tell you plainly. We would far rather answer the question first than have you send something back.
Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days, and shipping is free on everything.
Your piece is printed and finished for you after you order, so allow a day or two in the studio before it ships. The moment it does, you get a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.
Ordering for a birthday, an anniversary or Christmas? Give it two weeks where you can, and if the date is tight, call us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Every canvas is inspected by hand before it leaves our studio, then corner-protected and boxed so it travels safely. Larger pieces are double-boxed.
In the rare case something does arrive damaged, send us a photograph and we will put it right straight away. You will not be left arguing about it.
No — and we put that in writing.
Every piece is printed with fade-resistant archival inks and backed by our 10-year colour guarantee. Hang it in a bright room, above a sunny window, wherever you like. If the colour fades within ten years, we will replace it.
To keep it looking its best, dust it now and then with a dry, soft cloth. Nothing else is needed.
Yes. It arrives gallery-wrapped on a solid wooden frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Take it out of the box, put it on the hook, and you are done — most people have it up within a few minutes. No tools, no framing, no extra cost.
One tip from us: hang it so the centre of the piece sits about 57 to 60 inches from the floor. That is gallery height, and it is why a room suddenly looks finished.

Hopefully The Moon will tolerate some early morning sun and not fade. We are a little disappointed that there is a wrinkle or bulge going down the right hand side of the canvas. Can the canvas be tightened at all? Do we have to take it to a frame shop to have this done?
