Black and Gold Magnolia Wall Art – Oversized Panoramic Charcoal Textured Look Canvas for Living Room

Cream magnolia blooms against charcoal, with gold leaf broken across the background and running down the branch like light caught on wet metal. The leaves go near-black at the edges of the canvas and the flowers are the only pale thing in the frame.

This is the darkest floral we make and the one that behaves most like a piece of furniture. In a dim room it does not float the way a pale canvas does; it settles in and anchors the wall, with the gold doing the work of a picture light.

A note on the finish, so there are no surprises. The standard canvas is a printed reproduction with a sculpted, textured look — the surface itself is smooth. If you want texture you can actually feel, choose Hand Painted Textured Original on this page and an artist builds the piece by hand in oil on linen, with real raised paint. Hand Embellished sits between the two: real oil worked over the print by hand, so the brushwork stands slightly proud of the surface.

It is a 2:1 panoramic, the shape made for the long wall — above a sofa, a sideboard or a bed, where a square piece leaves dead space at either end.
