Blush and Gold Abstract Wall Art – Oversized Cream Panoramic Textured Look Canvas for Living Room

Torn strips of plaster stand side by side across the whole width of the canvas — cream, bone, dusty rose, soft clay, one narrow band of charcoal — with gold leaf laid down a few of them so the light has somewhere to catch. Every strip has its own edge and its own crack, so the surface reads as something weathered and assembled rather than painted.

The palette is the reason to buy it. Blush is the colour most people want and most are nervous of, because it tips sweet very easily; here it is held down by clay, bone and that one charcoal strip, so it reads warm rather than pretty. We have photographed it in a quiet luxury cream room, against a moody charcoal wall, in a bright coastal space, and leaned on the floor so you can see how deep the strips sit.

A note on the finish, so there are no surprises. The standard canvas is a printed reproduction with a sculpted, textured look — the surface itself is smooth. If you want texture you can actually feel, choose Hand Painted Textured Original on this page and an artist builds the piece by hand in oil on linen, with real raised paint. Hand Embellished sits between the two: real oil worked over the print by hand, so the brushwork stands slightly proud of the surface.

At twice as wide as it is tall, it follows the horizontal line of whatever sits beneath it instead of fighting it — above a sofa, over a bed, along a hallway or behind a dining table.
